The Indian Undergraduate Association, or IUA as we are often called, promotes Indian culture on the Stevens campus. The Indian Undergraduate Association is a very active member of the Ethnic Student Council. We participate in the annual ESC Unity show and often hold programs in conjunction with other organizations on campus.IUA organizes two annual cultural festivals. In the fall semester, we organize the Diwali Show to celebrate the Indian Festival of Lights. In the spring semester, we organize the Holi Show to celebrate the Indian Festival of Colors. Apart from giving students taste of exquisite Indian food, these shows also provide students with the opportunity to experience the rich cultural heritage of India. Throughout the semester, IUA also sponsors other events like Chaat Nights, Human Rights Workshops, Bhangra Parties, and Garbas.
