Poor attitude
Their prices are very good for travel around SE Asia and India. I had booked once no problems. My second time, I have to change a few times because of my schedule. I did this in person because on the phone the lady kept complaining and acted like I was inconveniencing her when asking for flight availabilities on different dates. At the office was much easier to get her to check but still acted like it was a hassle. Basically she lost interest or didn't want to do the checking which is a major part of a travel agent's job.

The lady was not there when I called to cancel one date and confirm another. The person who answered was rude and refused to check dates for me before I was about to confirm. Now when I try to check my confirmation via email, they don't reply which is highly unprofessional.

I ended up booking with another company in the same building (for the same price), with much better attitudes and willingness to do basic aspects of their jobs like responding to inquiries and checking dates.

Care for Clients
I dealt with this travel agency after being a recommended by a friend. What I like most about them is the fact that they were not going after our money but rather took the time to tell us what route would be best for us. We had asked for a flight for india in June on a Saturday evening. The person we spoke to Mr. Goel he suggested if we're open to travel on the weekday we could save some money.. and in this economy why not! Also he helped request the airline for a bassinet for the baby. Many thanks, will definitely book with them again!
