Indian Beauty Salons in California Listings Updated

One of the things besides Indian grocery stores and Indian restaurants that many immigrants from Indian and Pakistan look for are Indian beauty salons. Threading, waxing or just some hair styling, there are many Desi beauty parlors in California where you can find these services. Many of these offer other specialized services such as Mehndi, facials etc.

Yamla Pagla DeewanaTheatre Release

Yamla Pagla Deewana is an upcoming comedy-drama film directed by Samir Karnik, starring Dharmendra, Sunny Deol, and Bobby Deol in the lead roles. The film is produced by Samir Karnik and Nitin Manmohan under the banner of Top Angle Productions. The whole Deol family is coming together after their last sports hit, Apne (2007). The film's title is inspired from the song "Main Jat Yamla Pagla Deewana" from the 1975 film, Pratiggya also starring Dharmendra. The film is scheduled for release on January 14, 2011. The theatrical trailer was released on 5 November 2010.

The filming started in February 2010. Director Samir Karnik along with the lead cast of Dharmendra and Sunny Deol started shooting in Varanasi in April 2010. The shooting was disrupted twice, first in March, due to the hospitalization of Dharmendra, and then in July, when Sunny Deol faced back problems while filming an action sequence.

The music of the film is composed by Pyarelal, RDB, Nouman Javaid, Anu Malik, Sandesh Shandilya, Rahul Seth, and Sanjoy Chowdhary. The lyrics are penned by Anand Bakshi, RDB, Rahul Seth, Nouman Javaid, Anu Malik, Irshad Kamil, Dharmendra and Shri Guru Granth Sahib.

No One Killed JessicaTheatre Release

No One Killed Jessica is an upcoming Hindi film starring Rani Mukerji and Vidya Balan, produced by UTV Spotboy and directed by Rajkumar Gupta, who had earlier directed the acclaimed film Aamir (2008).

The film will have music by Amit Trivedi, who earlier gave music in Dev D (2008). Vidya Balan plays the character of Jessica

Tera Kya Hoga Johny Theatre Release

Tera Kya Hoga Johny is a 2008 Bollywood film directed by critically acclaimed director Sudhir Mishra, starring child actor Sikander in the lead role. Actors Neil Nitin Mukesh, Kay Kay Menon, Soha Ali Khan and Karan Nath are also part of the film. It also stars two filmmakers, Anurag Kashyap and Aditya Bhattacharya.

The film is about the city of Mumbai, and a child who sells tea on its streets. In the words of the director, "It's set at a time when Mumbai wants to be Shanghai." He has also stated that he wants to make a sequel to the film.

In January 2010, the film was leaked on YouTube while still undergoing post-production work. Mishra filed an FIR and the police are investigating the source of the leak.
