Consulate service levels in New Zealand
It is very disappointing to knwo that the service levels have fallen as it has become very hard to even contact the consulate and can be held for hours on the phone without being answered.I understand that call volumes may be high but it will be better to know the approximate time one has to wait rather than waiting endlessly. How will one deal with an emergency situation? Even this line goes unanswered.
Does one have to travel to Wellington to sort out the issue?
Even if one can leave a message with a contact number for call back, it will be helpful.
It is disheartening to know that the Consulate is established to provide a service to all and in particular to its Citizens or Poeple of Indian origin.
I am writing to inform that my own relative may loose his job and visa as a consequence of this despite his parents sending him here by disposing their assets home.
